Description
Instant gloss, slick protection, zero drama. Quick Detailer + Sealant is a spray-on polymer sealant + detailer designed for fast turnarounds on engines, trucks, ambulances, patrol units, and daily drivers. It wipes away light dust, fingerprints, and water spots while laying down a durable hydrophobic layer that boosts gloss, slickness, and UV resistance. Perfect as a drying aid, a post-wash topper, or a quick pub-ed prep.
-
Use cases: drying aid after a wash, wipe-down between calls, bird-bomb cleanup, showroom/detail finish
-
Finish: deep gloss, slick feel, tight water beading
-
Surfaces: paint/clear coat, glass, chrome/metal, glossy plastic trim, painted/powder-coated wheels
-
Not for: matte/satin finishes or porous textiles (see FAQ)
Why crews love it

Fast: Spray, wipe, done—no haze time, no chalky residue.

How to use
General tips: Work on a cool surface, in shade when possible. Do not use as a heavy cleaner—pre-wash if the vehicle is gritty or muddy.
A) Drying aid (post-wash, fastest workflow)
-
Rinse the vehicle clean; leave it wet.
-
Mist lightly on a panel (1–2 sprays per panel).
-
Dry with a clean microfiber drying towel; flip to a dry side to finish.
-
Repeat panel-by-panel until complete.
B) Quick detail / light dust & fingerprints
-
Mist 1–2 sprays onto a clean plush microfiber (and 1 on the panel if needed).
-
Wipe in straight lines; flip to a dry side and buff to gloss.
-
Replace towels as they load with dust.
C) Post-wash topper (maximum gloss & protection)
-
Dry the vehicle first.
-
Mist sparingly on a panel (too much can streak).
-
Spread and buff with two towels: one to spread, one to final-buff.
D) Bird bombs / fresh water spots
-
Saturate a soft towel with product and lay it over the spot for 30–60 seconds.
-
Lift and wipe gently; reapply and repeat if needed.
If etching remains, a polish may be required—this is a cleaner/sealant, not a compound.
Pro tips
-
Less is more: light mists = better flash and fewer streaks.
-
If streaking occurs, your towel may be saturated—swap to a fresh towel.
-
On hot days, work smaller sections.
-
Use as a maintenance layer between applications of “Rookie’s B.F.F.” Touchless Wax.
Safety & storage
-
Keep off matte/satin finishes and uncoated raw surfaces.
-
Avoid overspray on interior glass screens; if needed, spray the towel first.
-
External automotive use only. Store sealed, away from heat/freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Will this remove my existing wax, sealant, or coating? No. It’s a topper—designed to enhance and maintain existing protection.
How long does protection last? Typically 4–8 weeks per application, depending on wash frequency, weather, and use.
Can I use it on glass and chrome? Yes—lightly mist and wipe/buff to a clear, streak-free finish.
Safe on matte/satin paint or matte PPF? Not recommended; the glossing polymers can alter the appearance. Use a matte-safe cleaner instead.
Can I use it as a waterless wash? Use it only for light dust and fingerprints. If the surface is gritty or salty, pre-rinse or wash first. We offer a Waterless Wash + Wax on our sister site (ElementArmor.com).
Does it attract dust? No. The finish is slick and typically anti-static, which helps resist dust compared to oily dressings.
